Sharyl Lynn Fujii

Workshop Facilitator

Sharyl Lynn is a Resource Teacher for the Windward District in Hawaiʻi, where she supports educators and school leaders in creating the conditions for High Quality Project Based Learning (HQPBL). She helps schools develop a shared vision for PBL and coaches teachers to make learning more authentic by connecting projects to ʻāina—place and relationships—and integrating experts and community partners to deepen real-world relevance.


A former instructional coach and classroom teacher, Sharyl Lynn led her school’s shift to PBL through hands-on, inquiry-based learning across all grade levels, always focused on ensuring every student has access to meaningful, deeper learning.


She’s a proud mom of three, lives with two energetic dogs, and enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams and collecting stylish shoes.
